Tasting notes

Intense red color with ruby highlights. Spicy on the nose, recalling notes of coffee and currants with hints of Mediterranean herbs. Full in the mouth, with important tannins and good persistence and balance.

Food pairings

This wine pairs well with grilled meats, pizza, cured meats and aged cheeses such as pecorino. Serving temperature 14-16°C.
